WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT? LIFE OR CHRIST?
“Nor do I count my life dear to myself.” Acts 20:24.

Life in this world is temporary, and we are working to help many reach their eternal home along with us. While facing persecution, Paul says, ‘However, I consider my life worth nothing to me’. His mind was concentrating on finishing the task given by Christ rather than indulging in this temporary life. We are also called for the same. Let us consider this life worth nothing. The body will perish, but our soul will live forever. Let us give priority to Christ, and these persecutions will never seem hard but rather like passing clouds. Let us question ourselves and find out if Christ is given first preference in every decision of ours!
Commit.
Do we consider anything to be of more worth than Christ? Is Jesus our priority?
Pray.
Let us pray that every Christian will be able to not count their lives as dear to themselves but instead will be willing to give them up for Christ’s sake.
