Persecution Relief Daily Manna for the Persecuted

THE MERCY OF GOD
“Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief”. 1 Timothy 1:13
Ponder.
This is a testimony to God’s Mercy in the life of the Apostle Paul. Paul admits that he was once a persecutor, aggressor, and blasphemer, and it was nothing of himself that caused him to be saved but only the kindness and mercy of God. Like Paul, we all have a testimony of how we once acted in ignorance and disbelief, but God, in His mercy, saved us. In the same way, when we are confronted by our persecutors, let us pray for God’s Mercy over them and miraculous conversions, taking a soul from being a persecutor to one who is persecuted for Jesus.
Commit.
Do we understand that the actions of our persecutors are a result of their ignorance and pray for God’s mercy over them?
Pray.
Let us pray for the Lord’s Mercy over our Persecutors so that God can take them from being Sauls to Pauls.
