Local village leaders came together and held a meeting at Hatkacharama village, Kanker district of Chattisgarh state, and following decisions were taken
1. Christians will not receive any government benefits and will not be able to avail any welfare schemes.
2. If anybody dies in the village, they cannot be buried in the village.
3. Nobody is allowed to sing Christian songs. If they do, they will be thrown out of the village.
4. In case of a Christian’s sudden death in the village, they will not be allowed to be buried in the village.
5. The Gram Panchayat will not issue any certificates, such as caste certificates or income proof.
7. Christians who come to the village to set up shops or vegetable stalls will not be allowed to do so.
8. Christians will not be given any kind of support here; if anyone does not cooperate, they will be fined 10,000 rupees.
9. Christians will not be allowed to purchase goods from any shop in the village.
