🔰 PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES

1. Local village leaders came together and held a meeting at Hatkacharama village, Kanker district of Chattisgarh state, and following decisions were taken

a.⁠⁠ Christians will not receive any government benefits and will not be able to avail any welfare schemes.
b.⁠ ⁠If anybody dies in the village, they cannot be buried in the village.
c.⁠ ⁠Nobody is allowed to sing Christian songs. If they do, they will be thrown out of the village.
d.⁠ ⁠In case of a Christian’s sudden death in the village, they will not be allowed to be buried in the village.
e.⁠ ⁠The Gram Panchayat will not issue any certificates, such as caste certificates or income proof.
f.⁠ ⁠Christians who come to the village to set up shops or vegetable stalls will not be allowed to do so.
g.⁠ ⁠Christians will not be given any kind of support here; if anyone does not cooperate, they will be fined 10,000 rupees.
h. Christians will not be allowed to purchase goods from any shop in the village.

2. At a village in Dehradun district, Uttarakhand state, the wedding ceremony of a believer was disrupted by certain people accusing them of conversion. The believers are facing much resistance from the villagers in the recent days.

🔰 *COURT ⚖️ HEARINGS TODAY*

1.⁠ ⁠*Eight brothers from *Purulia District, West Bengal state, are scheduled for bail hearing TODAY 14/10/2025*.

1) Sanjay Bauri
2) Kalidas Majhi
3) Santhosh Bauri
4) Abinash Hansda
5) Tapan Bauri
6) Krishna Bauri
7) Kalidas Bauri
8) Sibu Bauri

They have been booked under Sections 199 and 296 of the BNS.

Church please continue to pray divine intervention for bail approval for all brothers and the case to be quashed In Jesus’ name.

2. Sister Jeena informed that her husband *Pastor Rajkumar Yesudasan from Thane district Maharashtra state* has court hearing scheduled TODAY 14/10/2025

Church, continue to pray as three more FIRs of Pastor Rajkumar are put on trial. Please pray for all the enemies plans to be destroyed, so we will see supernatural favor of God in the hearing at the Honorable Sessions Court. Pastor Rajkumar has been in jail for more than three years now.

3. The court hearing of *Pastor Motilal, his wife Meera, and Dilip from Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh state is scheduled TODAY 14/10/2025* at the Honorable Sessions Court in Ayodhya.
There are 11 opposite witnesses, none have appeared before the Court.
Dear Church, please continue to pray for *Pastor Motilal and Dilip who are still in jail.* Pastor Motilal’s wife Meera has filed an application for bail for her husband in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court.

4.⁠ ⁠*Pastor Rakesh Babu, his wife and brother Anand from Chandauli District, Uttar Pradesh State* have their next case hearing scheduled TODAY 14/10/2025. Church, please pray for divine intervention and closure of this case.

5.⁠ ⁠The next case hearing of *Pastor Vijendra Ghate, Sister Geeta Ghate, their son Abhishek Ghate, Pastor Abraham and Brother Rajesh from Mau District, Uttar Pradesh State* is scheduled TODAY 14/10/25. Their case hearings were adjourned several times, and this is highly challenging for their son who is studying in Bangalore, who has to appear for each hearing. The documents of guarantors for five of them is also submitted. They are awaiting the final judgment.
Church, please pray for the closure of this case.

6.⁠ ⁠The case hearing of Pastor Ramkewal, Dharmendra Gautam, and Vipath in the Honorable Session Court, Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled TODAY 14/10/2025. Please pray for the opposite witness to appear for hearing.
Church, please continue to pray case to be quashed in Jesus’ name without any further delay.

7. *Santosh Shivvanshi, Raju Kodape, Narayan Barmaiya, Sunil Markam from Balaghat District, Madhya Pradesh State* have their court hearing scheduled in the Honourable Seoni Court TODAY on 14/10/25. They are charged under sections 295A/34 and 3/5 of Madhya Pradesh freedom of Religion Act . Their case is ongoing from 16/07/2021.

(Since they have to travel 130 kilometers from Balaghat to Seoni, some of them are not regular to go for the hearing. Also, Narayan Barmaiya and Raju Kodape are working in other state, due to which they are unable to attend the hearings regularly. The main complainant Purwanta Patle has not appeared before the Court. In this hearing 5 opposite witnesses including her are summoned.)
