HOPE NOT SEEN.

Persecution Relief Daily Manna for the Persecuted Church

4 March 2024

HOPE NOT SEEN.

“For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?” Romans 8:24

Ponder.

Hope in God is the assurance that things will turn out well even when we don’t see a ray of it. Hope is no longer hope if we can already see it. It is our trust that the finished work on the Cross has given us victory before our troubles begin. Our hope, though unseen, is anchored in Christ and His word that He will come to take us to our eternal home. Thus, in hope, we wait patiently for God who will take us through any tough terrain, including suffering unto death.

Commit.

Do you sustain hope in a hopeless situation even when you can’t see God working in the midst of our persecution and suffering?

Pray.

Let us pray that we will not waver in our hope even when you can’t see what you want to see.

There are so many people persecuted all around you for their faith in Christ. In order for them to continue serving the Lord, would you mind forwarding this Daily Manna, so that they may fulfil the calling in their lives?
