Persecution Relief Daily Manna for the Persecuted Church

TIMID TIMOTHY
“_For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind”. 2 Timothy 1:7_
*Ponder*.
The Apostle Paul writes to Timothy, his spiritual son, who was fearful and fainthearted in his ministry as a pastor. Paul, himself in the Roman prison, encourages Timothy to free himself from the clutches of timidity with God’s spirit of love, power, and self-discipline. He advises Timothy that timidity comes from Satan, the author of fear, and not from God.
Those who are called to serve Christ could face crippling situations, but His love empowers us to cast out fear and cowardice. These situations often become instrumental in self-disciplining us. Therefore, even in the midst of persecution, we are equipped with the Spirit of God to overcome.
*Commit*.
Are you in a place where you have been gripped with fear and are unable to move forward in your calling?
*Pray*.
Let us pray that every fear melts like ice and that we can do His work courageously.
There are so many people persecuted all around you for their faith in Christ. In order for them to continue serving the Lord, would you mind forwarding this Daily Manna, so that they may fulfil the calling in their lives?
