Persecution Relief Daily Manna for the Persecuted

SEEING CHRIST IN PAIN
“And they stoned Stephen as he was calling on God and saying, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Acts 7:59.
Ponder.
Stephen was one of the followers of Jesus, a man full of grace and power. He preached about God’s kingdom and the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Jews, for which he was martyred. Though he faced so many hardships in his physical body, he was connected with God in his spirit even while being stoned. He overcame the pain in the mortal body by being connected with Christ. Unless you love someone deeply, it’s not possible to bear such pain without murmuring or defending yourself. Here we see that Stephen was filled with the Holy Spirit and committed his whole spirit to the Lord’s hand even while dying of pain.
Commit.
Shall we commit to staying faithful to God even while we face persecution, abuse, violent words, etc.?
Pray.
Let us pray that we will be able to commit ourselves completely to God, even in the midst of persecution and pain.
There are so many people persecuted all around you for their faith in Christ. In order for them to continue serving the Lord, would you mind forwarding this Daily Manna, so that they may fulfil the calling in their lives?
