🔹 PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES

1. Pastor Shiv Kumar from Amethi District in Uttar Pradesh State informed us that 2 of his believer families were attacked by few anti–social elements because of their faith. At night few people came and vandalized the house where the family of Pichali and his brother-in-law lived, around 18 members in all. Persecution Relief Family is providing all needed help as their clothes were also burned. They have around 8 children in two families.

2. Roshan Kumar Singh, a believer from a church in Babubarhi, in Madhubani District of Bihar State was falsely accused of conversion by a local anti social element. An FIR was filed against him on 06/10/25. Please pray for divine intervention.

*🔹⚖ TODAY’S COURT HEARINGS*

1. The Court hearing of Pastor Rajesh from Siddharthnagar District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled today, 08/10/25 in Siddarth Nagar District Court. He is charged under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.

2. Pastor Thanuram, Rajendra Kanware, Sanjay Kumar, Krishna Pal, Santosh Choudhary, Aaron, Jogan Kumar, Kailash Burman, Alison Toppo, Ramnath Kol and sister Monika from Shahdol District, Madhya Pradesh State have their case hearing on 08/10/25. They are charged under sections 3/5 of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021, 506, 508 and 109 on 13/05/23. Out of the 20 opposite witnesses, four have given statement in their favor. Seven of them have been summoned in the upcoming hearing. Church, please pray earnestly that the truth would be revealed and the case would be closed.

*🔹⚖COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. The next hearing of Pastor Dharmendra, Sister Sangita Pal, Brother Ravishankar from Raebareli District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled on 7/11/25. On 07/10/25, statement of the opposite witness was recorded in the Court. In the next hearing, the opposite witness will be cross examined. Pastor and the believers were charged under section 298, 504, 505(2), 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021. Church, please continue to pray for divine intervention.

2. Pastor Yashwant Singh Dhurve, Mihilal Ahirwar, and Nannu Ahirwar from Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh State have their next hearing scheduled on 28/10/25. On 07/10/25, the main complainant gave statement in their favour. There are total 9 witnesses, out of which one witness’ statement is over. In next hearing, next two witnesses will be summoned. Church, please pray for divine justice
