The families are being threatened with violence, social boycott, eviction, and denial of basic rights.

1. Praise God ! *Pastor Anil Baraiya from Chhindwara district Madhya Pradesh state* has been *granted bail and is released after 77 days in jail*.

He was arrested on 13/11/2025 under BNS section 49 and 3/5 of the Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act. Thank you church for praying.

♦️ *TODAY’S COURT HEARING*

*Psalm 18:6 “In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears”*.

1. *Pastor Rampratap* informed that the next hearing of *Pastor Santlal, his wife Alakrani, and his brother Santosh* from *Fatehpur District Uttar Pradesh State* is *today, 29/01/2026*. On 22/01/2026 the hearing did not take place due to lawyers strike. We request your continued prayers for their bail without delay. They have three small children aged 2, 5 and 7 years who are currently staying with a believer family. ”

2. *Pastor Thanuram Yadav* along with three believers *Heera Lal Baiga, Sanju Baiga, and Parvati* , this hearing is scheduled today, *29/01/2026*. Please continue to pray for the 12 opposite witnesses in this case, that all the witnesses will give their statements in favor of our brethren.”

3. The case hearing of *Pastor Sanjay Kumar* from *Lakhimpur Kheri District, Uttar Pradesh State* is scheduled today, *29/01/26*. Please pray for God’s favour upon this case.

4. The case hearing of *Ajay Kumar, Yatish Kumar, Harivansh Gautam* and *Rajnikant* from *Mau district of Uttar Pradesh state* is marked for *29/01/2026*. Church please continue to pray that the case will be closed miraculously in Jesus’ name.

5. The case hearing of *Vikas Chouhan, Omprakash Chouhan and Shiva Chouhan* from *Sarangarh Bilaigarh district, Chhattisgarh state* is scheduled today *29/01/2026.* They are charged under *Sections 296, 115(2), 351(1), and 3/5 of the Chhattisgarh Freedom of Religion Act.*
