♦️ *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. Please pray for *Pastor Digvijay*, who serves as a pastor in the village in *Gurdaspur district of Punjab state*. He is being harassed by the village Sarpanch and other community authorities. He went to get milk in the morning and was attacked by some individuals with swords and rods. He went back home and somehow managed to escape. People also flung stones at his home. Please pray for his security and safety, as he has been threatened and attacked before.

2. *Pastor Joseph* from a village in *West Champaran District, Bihar state* was stopped from Worshiping, after a mob forcefully entered the premises. Police were also called and they also started asking for the permission to conduct worship.

Church pray for the situation and that Prayer meetings are not be hindered at any cost. Also Pray for Pastor Joseph and his congregation to stand firm.

1. *Sister Sangeeta Baraiya*, from *Chhindwara district, Madhya Pradesh state* informed us with tears that her husband is in jail and during the initial days, believers stood with her and offered help. Today she finds herself in a position where there is nobody to assist her. Ultimately, she had to take a loan by giving her wedding ring to pay part of the fees for one son in the ninth grade and another son in a polytechnic college.

As soon as it was informed to us, we paid the money and asked to take the marriage ring back. Also by the Grace of God we could pay her pending rent amount also.

*Sister Sangeeta Baraiya’s husband, Anil Kumar Baraiya*, has been in jail since  03/11/2025.

2. *Pastor Mahender Kumar* from *Delhi* informed, through a video, that his life is in danger and that he has escaped from his house. On 11/01/2026, a group of people came and vandalized his home during worship service; nevertheless he escaped. Please pray for the safety of his family.

3. *Rekha Siliju*, a sister who is seven months pregnant, has been asked by her husband to leave the house because of her faith in Jesus Christ. She has left the house, leaving behind daughters aged 18, 15, and 11, and no one knows where she will go.
She is originally from *Chhindwara district, Madhya Pradesh state*. Her husband was also a follower of Jesus, but he has recently forsaken Christ, so she has to face the consequences alone.
Church, pray for her safe, normal delivery. Pray that the family remain united and safe.

4. *Pastor Anil Kumar* from *Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh state*, had been in jail on conversion charges. He underwent an operation on his leg, which resulted in one leg being shortened. Pray that God heals him completely and restores his ability to walk properly. He has sarcoma in that leg and has already undergone 14 rounds of radiation; 17 more sessions remain. He has been in the hospital for many weeks. Pray for divine healing. ❤️‍🩹

1. Praise God!! *Pastor Malkhan* from Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh state, has been granted bail by the *Honourable Lucknow Sessions Court*. He was in jail for almost four months. Thank you church for praying.

2. The case hearing of *Pastor Dharmendra, Sister Sangita Pal, Brother Ravishankar* from *Raibareli District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled *today, 13/01/2026.*
They were charged under *section 298, 504, 505(2), 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021*. Church, please pray for the cases to completely quashed in Jesus’ name.
