*🔹 PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. *Rajman Salam* a Pastor & also the Local Panchayat Head [Sarpanch] of Amabeda village in Antagarh Tehsil in *Kanker District of Chhattisgarh State* had to face a very unfortunate incident.

Rajman’s Father died and his Father was not a believer of Christ, so being the head of the village Rajman went to the local body and asked them to do the funeral according to the village traditions and in the end call us, so that we can just put the mud over the body. One of the person objected and he said no, we will not allow you and your family to do anything.

So Pastor said no problem then I will take the body and bury according to my faith.

The funeral service was done peacefully with the family and church members.

On 17/12/25, under the leadership of one of the local villager who objected earlier, joined together along with few others and they were forcing to dig out the body.

Police arrived and asked the Pastor to please allow the body to be dug out. Pastor refused and that created a big ruckus.

Many were injured in the fight and few has been very badly wounded. The situation in the village is very very tensed. We request all believers to Pray for Peace.

2. *Pastor Sanjay Ram* was taken to police station in *Mirzapur District of Uttar Pradesh State*. Church, special prayers are needed for Uttar Pradesh as in the past few days more than a dozen Believers have been arrested.

3. In a village in *Vikarabad District of Telangana State*, fanatics forcibly broke open the lock of the church run by *Pastor Balzan* and set fire to the items inside. They destroyed the cross on top of the church. The police came, extinguished the fire, and registered a case against the miscreants. Let us pray for the Pastor and the congregation.

4. Uttarakhand anti-conversion bill stalls at Raj Bhavan over technical flaws

*🔹⚖ COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. The next case hearing of *Pastor Kunwar Singh, Siddharth Gautam and Shailendra Singh from Bharatpur District, Rajasthan State* is scheduled on 27/01/26.

2. The court hearing of *Pastor Santosh Shivanshi, Raju Kodape, Narayan Barmasiya, Sunil Markam from Balaghat District, Madhya Pradesh State* scheduled on 12/12/2025 in the Honourable Seoni Court, is adjourned to 24/02/26 as the complainant herself did not appear before the court.

3. The case hearing of *Pastor Paikarma, Budhsagar Rajkumar and sister Seema from Bahraich District, Uttar Pradesh State* is adjourned to 20/01/2026. They are booked under various sections 295-A, 504, 352, 427 and section 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021. Please pray for the complete acquittal from all charges.

4. The next case hearing of *Pastor Ramayan along with Heeralal, Ramshukh, Kamal and Chandrashekhar from Mau District, Uttar Pradesh State* is adjourned to 17/02/2026. On 17/12/25, the opposite witness did not appear. The case is continuing since 24/10/2021. Church ,please fervently pray for divine intervention in the complete closure of the case.

5. The case hearing of *Pastor Balram and Pastor Pradesh Kumar Yadav* from *Raibareli District, Uttar Pradesh State* is adjourned to 26/02/2026. Today the opposite witness did not come.There are six opposite witnesses, out of which three have given their statements in their favor saying they don’t know them.
