*🔹 PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. *On one hand when most Churches in India are all set to celebrate Christmas and the New Year, on the other side, members of the Body of Christ are suffering and gazing towards uncertainties*

*Many are desperately waiting for their bails to be approved, before the court holidays begin.*

*18 Brothers & Sisters were booked in a single FIR under BNS 191(2), 352, 351(3), 196(1), 299, Uttar Pradesh Region’s conversion act: 3& 5 (1) in Prayagraj District of Uttar Pradesh State. Their bail was rejected from the lower courts and the bail is to be heard in the High Court. The courts will be closed from 19th December to 5th January for winter vacations*

*Of the above, the health of some of the sisters are deteriorating day by day as the winter has approached. One 65 year old sister is crying day and night, another couple in jail are missing their 3 small children, the story just goes on and on.*

*Church, praying and standing with the Persecuted Saints is the biggest celebration. So announce Fasting & Prayer in your churches for this major cause.*

*This very emotional letter was written by some sisters who are in jail. Their health is going down day by day. They say “we cannot write all the traumatic experiences” they are going through. Kindly keep praying so that they get bail and are released before the winter vacation begins.*

2. *Fathers & Sisters* from St.Luke’s School, in *Solan District of Himachal Pradesh State* were confronted by anti Christians during carol singing.

They had visited the house of some staff members when local villagers came and accused them of conversion. A boy who was dressed up as Santa Claus was slapped and few others were also manhandled.

3. A case has been filed against *Pastor Rajkumar* from *Mirzapur District, Uttar Pradesh State*, under sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.

4. *Pastor Panna Lal, Pastor Vidhya Sagar, Pastor Umma Shankar, Pastor Ajab Singh* from *Kannauj District of Uttar Pradesh State* have been sent to jail. They have been booked under anti conversion law, Sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.

*🔹⚖TODAY’S COURT HEARINGS*

1. *Pastor Chaggan Davar from Alirajpur District, Madhya Pradesh State* informed that his hearing is scheduled *today 11/12/25.* His upcoming case hearings will take place in the Honourable District Court. Church, please continue to pray for a complete and timely closure of the case without any delay.
He was charged under sections (3 & 5) of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021.

2. *Pastor Tapan Bauri* informed that his next case hearing along with seven brothers from *Purulia District, West Bengal State* named *Sanjay Bauri, Kalidas Majhi, Santhosh Bauri, Abinash Hansda, Krishna Bauri, Kalidas Bauri, Sibu Bauri* is scheduled *today 11/12/25*. They were booked under Sections 199 and 296 of the BNS.

*🔹PRAYER FOR THE PERSECUTED*

*_Now those who were scattered after the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word ………And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord. Acts 11:19,21_*

As persecution during the time of the martyr Stephen, advanced the Gospel, Church, let us pray for strength and the comforting presence of the Holy Spirit upon the *Persecuted Saints* as they go through intense suffering and persecution , realising that it advances the gospel of Christ, and they have a sure and eternal reward.

*🔹⚖COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. The next court hearing of *Pastor Keshav Prasad, Seva Timothy & Ram Ashry* is scheduled on 04/02/2026 in Session Court, *Siddharth Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh State.*

2. *Pastor Johny* from *Indore District, Madhya Pradesh State* informed that the hearing did not take place on 10/12/25. The next hearing date is not given. The lawyer will apply for the anticipatory bail. He is charged under sections 3, 4 and 5 of The Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2021.

3. The next case hearing of *Pastor Joshua, sister Kiran and Asmit* from *Shahjahanpur District of Uttar Pradesh State* is adjourned to 24/12/2025. They were charged under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021. Church, continue to pray as Pastor Joshua has been in Shajahanpur jail since 26/07/25.
