🟤 *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. In a village in *Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh state*, while a prayer meeting was being held at the house of Sister Anita Nayak, a group of people arrived and accused them of doing religious conversion. A case was filed under *IPC Section 299 and anti-conversion law Section 3(5)* against *Anita Nayak (32), Ambad Devdas (52), and J. Prabhakar Rao (38).*

2. *Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai*, speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2025, said *his government will bring a new, stricter anti-conversion law and make existing provisions tougher to curb what he calls “illegal” religious conversions, especially among tribal communities*.

3. The National United Christian Forum (NUCF) has expressed concern over the Honourable Supreme Court’s decision regarding Lt. Sam Kamalesan, highlighting the need to balance military discipline with religious freedom. NUCF has appealed for either his reinstatement or a judicial review, believing that such steps will reinforce confidence among minority personnel and uphold the secular ethos of the Armed Forces.

🟤 *TODAY’S COURT HEARINGS*

The case hearing of *Pastor Biju Mathew from Meerut District, Uttar Pradesh State*, is scheduled for hearing before the Honorable District court in Meerut *today 06/12/2025* . Church, continue to pray that the case will be closed miraculously.

🟤 *COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. *Pastor Balram* from *Raebareli district, Uttar Pradesh State* informed that his next case hearing is scheduled on *08/12/2025*. Church, please pray for a miraculous closure of the case.

2. Praise God. During the case hearing of *Pastor Dharmendra, Sister Sangita Pal, Brother Ravishankar from Raibareli District, Uttar Pradesh State* which was scheduled on 05/12/2025, the main complainant spoke in favour of Pastor Dharmendra. Church, please pray for the cases to completely quashed in Jesus’ name.

His next hearing is scheduled on *13/01/2026.*

They were charged under section 298, 504, 505(2), 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021.

3. The case hearing of *Pastor Yashwant Singh Dhurve, Mihilal Ahirwar, and Nannu Ahirwar* from *Chhatarpur District, Madhya Pradesh State* scheduled on 05/12/2025 got adjourned to 08/01/2026

4. The case hearing of *Pastor Uday Raj, Vimla, Akash, Abhishek, Raghuveer, Chinta Devi, Sushila Devi* from *Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State* scheduled on 05/12/2025 got adjourned to 22/01/2026.
