🍁 *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1a. *Pray for the 17 families of a village in Malkangiri District of Odisha State* who were forcefully re- converted and under the monitoring of villagers.

But the reality is, the 17 families did not leave their faith, only because of fear they did all rituals but they continue in their faith quietly Praying in their houses.

b. Please pray for the *4 families who are in hiding due to fear. And taking advantage the anti Christians harvested their crops*.

c. Pray for the *Church of Naliguda, in another village, which was broken last week*. The administration is seeking for Peace committee.
Pray for all the leaders of Malkangiri District going to meet with local authorities.

d. Pray for the Christmas Program ahead in all the churches and villages.

2. *Proposed law to regulate fees of Private educational institutions worries Christians in Assam*

The Assam Christian Forums said the Assam Private Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fees) Amendment Bill, 2025 ends the hands-off approach for minority schools.

🍁 *PRAISE REPORT*

*Psalms 105: 2, 3 “Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.”*

*Praise God! All glory be to Jesus for the release of Pastor David, his wife, and a few others from Agra District of Uttar Pradesh State*. They were taken to the police station on 23/11/2025.

🍁 *TODAY’S COURT HEARING*

1. The case hearing of *R Padmanabhan (Pastor Joshua) , Sister Kiran and Asneet from Shahjahanpur District of Uttar Pradesh State* is scheduled *TODAY, 28/11/2025*.
They were charged under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and Pastor Joshua is in Shajahanpur jail since 26/07/25.

Church, please pray for divine justice to be given for the precious saints.

2. The next hearing for *Pastor Ramudesh Sahani from Maharajganj District Uttar Pradesh State*, is scheduled *today on 28/11/2025*. There are 17 witnesses in total, out of which three have given statements in his favor.

Church, continue to pray that all witnesses will speak the truth in favour of Pastor Ramudesh and that the case will be closed miraculously.

3. *Pastor Thanuram Yadav from Shahdol District, Madhya Pradesh State and the three believers Heera Lal Baiga, Sanju Baiga, and Parvati’s case hearing is scheduled today, 28/11/2025*.
Please continue to pray for the 12 opposite witnesses, that all the witnesses will give their statements in favor of our brethren.

🍁 *COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. The case hearing of *Pastor Tulsiram from Sultanpur District, Uttar Pradesh State* did not happen on 27/11/2025, at the Honorable Lucknow High Court. Next hearing is on 01/12/2025. He has been booked under BNS section 351(3), 352, 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Anti Conversion law of Religion Act.
Church, please pray for miraculous justice in this case.

2. *Anugrah Joy, Sumit John and Roshan Nishad from Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State*, has just done their court formalities on 27/11/2025.
Next hearing is scheduled on *24/12/2025*.
In the previous hearing the main complainant has given her statement in their favor.
They were charged under sections 3 & 5 (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021, and section 351.
Church, continue praying earnestly that everyone will be acquitted from all the false allegations.

3. *Pastor Balram, Madan Pal and Ramswaroop from Lakhimpur Kheri District, Uttar Pradesh State* though their case hearing was on 27/11/2025, the opposite witness did not appear before the court. Next hearing is scheduled on 22/01/2026.

Church, let us earnestly pray for complete closure of all the cases.
