♻️ *PRAISE REPORT* 🙌🏽

*Advocate Sheeba* had been tirelessly serving the Persecuted saints across many places, primarily in Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh.
All her court victories she gives credit to the Almighty God and the Prayers of all Believers.

*Persecution Relief Family* had been closely working with her in many cases, and we have often found that she put money from her pocket and served the Persecuted Saints.

*One more historical decision was given by the Honourable Allahabad High Court regarding the opening of the closed Church*.

A petition was filed by a trust, “Ek Kadam Yesu Ki Aur”, from Tehsil Haraiya in *District Basti of Uttar Pradesh state*.

It was mentioned in the petition that Police officials are not allowing the members to pray on our own private property.

The Honourable Allahabad High Court gave an order stating:
*“_The right to worship within private premises is a constitutionally protected right of the petitioner. The same cannot be infringed by the authorities of the State. As long as the prayers are conducted and carried out within the private premises without spilling out into the public area, the petitioner shall not be stopped or prevented in any manner from conducting prayers every Friday and Sunday or whenever. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with a request to the respondents herein not to interfere with the fundamental right of worship of the petitioner and as long as it is restricted to the period mentioned herein above_.”*

Praise God and thank you for all your valuable Prayers. Based on this order, we would like to file petitions for all closed churches in Uttar Pradesh.

♻️ *CONSTITUTION DAY* 📜

_November 26 marked the completion of 76 years since the adoption of the Constitution of India._

*Let us take this moment to thank God for the Constitution we have received*. We have been blessed to enjoy its benefits throughout our 79 years of independence. We believe that this Constitution will continue to unite our nation, bringing peace, joy, and happiness to this great land.

♻️ *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. *Sister Ramthai Nadar* from a village in *Pudukkottai district, Tamil Nadu state*, who was the only believer in her household, passed away. Before her death, she instructed her family to ensure that her cremation would follow Christian customs.

However, when the Pastor began the burial service, it was hindered by the local villagers, and ultimately, her body was cremated according to Hindu customs.

2. A few people came to *Sister Sulochana’s house* while they were praying in *Sehore District of Madhya Pradesh* and accused them of conversion. The mob threatened them with dire consequences if they continued praying.

3. An event organised in *Goa* titled “*Tales of Kamasutra & Christmas Celebration*” was *cancelled after strong protests from the Catholic Church and women’s rights groups*. Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao criticised the initiative as irresponsible and disrespectful to the sacred meaning of Christmas and to social values of decency and mutual respect.

*TODAY’S ⚖COURT HEARING*

1. *Pastor Balram, Madan Pal and Ramswaroop from Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh state* have their case hearing scheduled today 27/11/2025 . Church, let us earnestly pray for complete closure of all the cases.

2. The case hearing of *Anugrah Joy, Sumit John and Roshan Nishad from Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State*, is today 27/11/2025.
They are charged under sections 3 & 5 (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2021, and section 351. Church, continue praying earnestly that everyone is acquitted from the false allegations against them.

3. The court hearing of *Pastor Motilal, his wife Meera, and Dilip from Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State* is scheduled today 27/11/2025 . Dear Church, please continue to pray for Pastor Motilal and Dilip who are still in jail.

4. The case hearing of *Pastor Tulsiram from Sultanpur district, Uttar Pradesh state* is scheduled today 27/11/2025 at the Honorable Lucknow High Court. His case hearing did not take place on 25/11/25. He has been booked under BNS section 351(3), 352, 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Anti Conversion law of Religion Act.
Church, please pray for miraculous justice in this case.
