They all were arrested under sec 151 and were released on bail.

2. *Praise God🙌🏻 The case against Pastor Dominic D’Souza and his wife Joan Mascarenhas E D’Souza , from North Goa district of Goa state,* has been disposed by the Honorable High Court.

They had been arrested on alleged charges of religious conversion in 2022 under sections 153-A, 295-A , 506 (ii) R/w 34 IPC , Sec 3,4,7 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954.

3. Church, let us *Praise God for the bail granted for Brother Saravan Singh from Etah district of Uttar Pradesh state* by the Honorable High Court Prayagraj (Allahabad) on 19/11/2025.
He has been in jail for 160 days.

💎 *TODAY’S COURT HEARING*

*Pastor Tulsiram from Sultanpur district, Uttar Pradesh state* has case hearing for bail scheduled TODAY on 21/11/2025 in Honorable Lucknow bench of the High Court. He has been booked under BNS section 351(3), 352, 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Anti Conversion law of Religion Act and sent to jail on 21/09/2025. Church, please pray for miraculous justice in this case.

💎 *COURT HEARING UPDATES*

The case hearing of *Pastor Biju Mathew, Meerut District, Uttar Pradesh State*, will start after receiving the Order sheet at the Honorable District court in Meerut. He has signed the Court papers on 19/11/2025.

Similar to Pastor Biju , there are hundreds of Persecuted saints who are going through lengthy legal proceedings, which is certainly a hindrance to the Lord’s work.
Church, let us please unite, fast and pray for miraculous closures and quashing of cases against the Persecuted Church.
