🪭 *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. *Sister Lalitha* called from a village in *Durg District of Chhattisgarh state* and informed us that her husband left her because of her faith in Jesus and she has also been thrown out of the house.

She was staying along with her daughter in a different village and a case was filed against her on conversion charges by local villagers and she was asked to leave the village.

She started working at houses and was living for rent and she is suffering from Tuberculosis.

She is very discouraged not knowing what to do ahead. *Persecution Relief family* is trying to relocate her to a safe place. Church Pray.

2. The burial of a Sister who died in a village in *Raipur District of Chhattisgarh state* was stopped by local villagers. Villagers wanted to reconvert her by cremating her body according to Hindu rituals.

Ultimately, the deceased was buried at a Christian cemetery at Dhamtari.

This is becoming a trend across many villages where Christians are not allowed to be buried in their own land.

3. *Update*: *Pastor Pankaj and Pastor Samuel Pal from a village in Sambalpur district, Odisha state*. who were beaten up by some people on 21/10/2025, had gone to hospital for check up and all the X-ray reports have come normal by the grace of God.

They are experiencing too much pain in their body, Doctor has prescribed medicines. Church please continue praying for their healing.

🪭 *TODAY’S COURT HEARING*

*Pastor Mintu, from Sitapur District, Uttar Pradesh state*, has case hearing scheduled *TODAY, 23/10/2025*
He is charged under conversion charges under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the anti-conversion law.
