🌻 *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. *Basanti from a village in Kandhamal district of Odisha state* informed us that she is facing unbearable and extreme persecution from her own family members as she is the only one who has accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
While she is pursuing her graduation, her family is forcing her to marry some one outside her faith.
Because of the extreme persecution, she has left her home not knowing where to go and how to live her life ahead.
Church, please pray for God to guide her and strengthen her throughout these fiery trials.

2. *Haripada Gangai and wife Namita live in a village in Balasore district of Odisha state* and they had been facing persecution because they are not involving in any village festivals and rituals.

Villagers started beating the entire family of Haripada.
All the below were also beaten up and all of them are undergoing medical treatment.

3. *Brother Achyut Kumar Devri and sister Prashanna Dhan* have been arrested on
conversion allegations under sections 351(2), 3& 5(1) of BNS from *Agra district of Uttar Pradesh state*.

4. ⁠ *Update*: As informed by brother Dixon, the district administration has demolished the church of *Pastor Steven McEwan, from Nadiad district, Gujarat state*, who was sent to jail on 05/10/2025 on charges of religious conversion.
Church, please pray for God to grant him peace and courage.

🌻 *⚖ TODAY’S COURT HEARINGS*

*”Lord my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me”. Psalm 7:1*

1. *Pastor Vinod Kumar from Baliya district of Uttar Pradesh state*, was arrested on 02/10/2025 on conversion charges and sent to jail. He was charged under BNS section 196, 299 and 3/5(1).
The case hearing is scheduled today, on 17/10/2025.
Church, please pray for all the enemies plans to be destroyed in Jesus’ name.

2. *Pastor Ramudesh Sahani from Maharajganj district Uttar Pradesh state*, has his hearing scheduled TODAY, 17/10/2025. There are 17 witnesses in total, out of which three have given statements in his favor. Church, continue to pray that all witnesses will speak the truth in favour of Pastor Ramudesh and that the case will be closed miraculously.

🌻 *⚖COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. *Pastor Chaggan Davar* from *Alirajpur District, Madhya Pradesh State* informed that he signed the documents before the court on 16/10/2025. Next hearing is on 11/11/2025. (He has been called two days 11th and 12th of November.
He was charged under sections (3 & 5) of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021.

2. *Pastor Balram from Raibareli district, Uttar Pradesh state*, informed that he did not go for hearing. New date is not given by the lawyer. Continue praying for him Church.
