*🔹 PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. Brother Marshall Patel from Jaunpur District, Uttar Pradesh State informed that his father Pastor Ashok Kumar Patel, was taken to the police station during Sunday church prayer, by the police, and was charged with sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(2)(va), 3, 5(1) and sent to jail. Though the bail order was given, he is not released yet.
His mother, Savitri Patel, and his wife, Babita Patel, have also been charged with the same charges. Church, please pray.

2. Pastor James, his wife Savitha, and two other believers were arrested in Mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh state. Their bail has been rejected by the lower court, and they have been sent to the district jail.
Church, please pray for the further proceedings .

3. Chhattisgarh Govt To Bring Stricter Law Against Illegal Religious Conversions: Deputy Chief Minister Sharma

They were booked under Sections 199 and 296 of the BNS.

2. Praise God! Sister Kiran, wife of Pastor Joshua, from Shahjahanpur District, Uttar Pradesh State got bail from the Honourable Allahabad High Court. Pastor Joshua is still awaiting bail. Church, please continue to pray for his release.

3. *Pastor Gowda Prasad, and brother Dharmendra*, from Kannauj District of Uttar Pradesh State got bail and released from jail on 14/10/25 after 49 days . They were in jail from 26/08/25. Sister Manju and Mamta Sakhya who were arrested along with them are still in jail. Church continue to pray.

*🔹⚖ TODAY’S COURT HEARINGS*

1. *Pastor Chaggan Davar* from Alirajpur District, Madhya Pradesh State informed that he has his case hearing today, 15/10/25. He was charged under sections (3 & 5) of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021.

2. ⁠*Pastor Thanuram, Rajendra Kanware, Sanjay Kumar, Krishna Pal, Santosh Choudhary, Aaron, Jogan Kumar, Kailash Burman, Alison Toppo, Ramnath Kol and sister Monika* from Shahdol District, Madhya Pradesh State have their case hearing today, 15/10/25.
They are charged under sections 3/5 of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021, 506, 508 and 109 on 13/05/23. Out of the 20 opposite witnesses, four have given statement in their favor. Seven of them have been summoned in the upcoming hearing. Church, please pray earnestly that the truth would be revealed and the case would be closed.

*🔹⚖COURT HEARING UPDATES*

1. ⁠The next case hearing of *Pastor Vijendra Ghate, Sister Geeta Ghate, their son Abhishek Ghate, Pastor Abraham and Brother Rajesh* from Mau District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled for 16/12/25. Their case hearings were adjourned several times, and this is highly challenging for their son who is studying in Bangalore, who has to appear for each hearing. The documents of guarantors for five of them is also submitted. They are awaiting the final judgment. Church, please pray for the closure of this case.

2. *Pastor Rakesh Baboo, his wife and brother Anand from Chandauli District, Uttar Pradesh State* have their next case hearing scheduled on 04/11/25. Pastor Rakesh told that the argument did not take place on 14/10/25, as the opposite party had changed their lawyer. In the next hearing, the opposition lawyer will cross examine them. Church, please pray for divine intervention and closure of this case.

3. The next case hearing of *Pastor Ramkewal, Dharmendra Gautam, and Vipath* in the Honorable Session Court, Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State is scheduled on 17/11/25. The opposite witness did not come on 14/10/25.Church, please continue to pray for the case to be quashed in Jesus’ name without any further delay.

4. *Pastor Hemant Dhakad, his wife Shanti Dhakad, Kanta, Ganesh (from Ratlam District), Manish, Vipin, Lavina, Rani, Rakesh, Ruben and Jitendra* (from Indore District), Madhya Pradesh State have their next case hearing scheduled on 15/12/2025 at the Honorable Sessions Court in Indore. They were booked on conversion charges on 26/01/21. The opposite witness did not appear on 14/10/2025. Church, please continue to pray for the case to be completely quashed in Jesus name.
