♦️ *PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES*

1. An FIR was filed against *Angel, Ramadevi, Vivek, Vipin, Monu in Shahjahanpur district, Uttar Pradesh state*, accusing them of religious conversion. They are booked under *sections 131, 197, 352, 351(3) of BNS (Bharatiya Nayay Sanhitha) and 3, 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act,2021*. Church pray for God’s intervention.

2. Church, we requested your continued prayers for *Pastor Anil Kumar from Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh state*, who had faced Persecution and had spent 35 days in jail. During his stay in jail, a tumor on the sole of his foot had bulged out. After his release, he met with an accident, which aggravated his condition.

We request your earnest prayers for him and his family, and divine healing of Pastor Anil as he is going through a lot of pain.

3. Communal clashes erupts in *Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh* after hindu activists allege conversion by Christian Missionaries

4. *CHRISTMAS ATTACK*: *Kerala, Palakkad*: An attempt was made to attack a Christmas carol group of 14 school students. Their band set and other musical instruments were smashed. A three-member gang tried to stop them and attack them , threatening the children by saying that they must not come to that area.

1. *Pastor Durgesh Chouhan* and 11 others named *Ghanshyam Gautam, Pawan Gautam, Suraj Gautam, Sunil Rawat, Surendra Rawat, Sonam Rawat, Sangita Gautam, Sarju Prasad, Dharmendra, Rahul and Ramjanam* from *Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State*, have their case hearing scheduled today,*23/12/2025*. They are charged under section 3 & 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religious Act, 2021. Church, please continue praying for a complete closure of the case without further extensions.

2. *Pastor Durga Yadav and 16 others* from *Jaunpur District of Uttar Pradesh State*, have their case under 307 + 15 sections scheduled today, *23/12/25*. Church, please pray for a complete acquittal from all the cases against them. May God’s favour be with them.

3. ⁠*Pastor Biju Mathew* from *Meerut District, Uttar Pradesh State*, had signed the court papers on 05/12/2025. Next hearing is scheduled today, *23/12/2025* and they are expected to file a discharge application. A discharge application is a legal request made by an accused person in a criminal case pleading before the court to release them from the charges because of insufficient evidences to proceed. Church, continue to pray that the case will be closed miraculously.

2. ⁠ ⁠The case hearing of *Pastor Ramkumar & his wife, sister Sunita*, from *Ayodhya District, Uttar Pradesh State* did not happen on 22/12/2025 and is adjourned to *07/02/2026*.
They were charged under section 3 & 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021. Church, please pray for all allegations against them to be proven false.

3. ⁠The case hearing of Pastor *Bikau from Maharajganj district, Uttar Pradesh state* did not happen on 22/12/2025. Next hearing is scheduled on *29/12/2025*. (He is called every week to sign his attendence). He was arrested on 16/11/2025. Church continue to pray for God’s favor.
