♦️ PERSECUTION CASE UPDATES

1. Pastor Tapan informed that his Church believer’s family from a village in *Paschim Burdwan District, West Bengal State*, along with his wife and two boys, have been thrown out of their own home 🏠. This is not the only family facing such harassment. Many families are unable to stay in their own houses because of their faith in Jesus. Many are wandering from place to place; a few are living on the outskirts or even in jungles.

*Trusting God, Persecution Relief Family is making a Refuge Center for these Persecuted Saints.*

Our desire is that they can live peacefully without any fear, have quiet times of prayer and fellowship with others, and come out of this trauma for a bigger calling and purpose in life.

2. *Pastor Satish* from *Nashik district, Maharashtra state* informed that he has been called to the DCP office on 12/10/2025.
Some people have filed a case against him under BNS Section 107. Church, please pray for this false case to be cancelled.

3. *Pastor Lachinder Madavi, Pastor Moses Madavi, Pastor Hungha Madavi and Kosa Markam* from a village in *Sukma District, Chhattisgarh state* have been taken to the police station during a prayer meeting at Kosa’s house.

♦️ *TODAY’S PRAISE REPORT*

*Pastor Mintu , from Sitapur District, Uttar Pradesh state*, was *granted bail on 7/10/2025*. Praise God 🙌🏽
He had been in jail since 24/09/2025, after being booked under conversion charges under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the anti-conversion law.

♦️ *FORGIVING PERSECUTORS*

Just as Jesus forgave those who crucified Him, pray that all Persecuted Saints will receive strength to forgive their Persecutors and Pray, ‘_Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing._’ (Luke 23:34)

Pray that the love of Christ will fill the hearts of Persecuted Saints to unconditionally forgive persecutors, remembering that God loved us even when they were His enemies.

“_But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)_

♦️ *COURT HEARING UPDATES* ⚖

1. *Pastor Biju Mathew* from *Meerut district in Uttar Pradesh state* informed that his next court hearing is scheduled on 13/10/25. Church, please pray.

2. The Court hearing of *Pastor Rajesh from Siddharthnagar District, Uttar Pradesh State* scheduled on 08/10/25 in Siddarth Nagar District Court got adjourned to 11/11/2025. He is charged under Sections 3 and 5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.

3. *Pastor Thanuram, Rajendra Kanware, Sanjay Kumar, Krishna Pal, Santosh Choudhary, Aaron, Jogan Kumar, Kailash Burman, Alison Toppo, Ramnath Kol and sister Monika from Shahdol District, Madhya Pradesh State* who had their case hearing on 08/10/25 got adjourned to 15/10/2025.
They are charged under sections 3/5 of Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2021, 506, 508 and 109 on 13/05/23. Out of the 20 opposite witnesses, four have given statement in their favor. Seven of them have been summoned in the upcoming hearing. Church, please pray earnestly that the truth would be revealed and the case would be closed.
