Pastor being harassed, Andhra Pradesh
The Housing Scheme, “Housing for All by 2022”, is launched by the National Mission for Urban Housing, Central Government in partnership with Andhra Pradesh State Government, where Housing Loans are being provided to the public, to help build houses.
Pastor G. Suguna Rao, of Nandamuru village,Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, had applied to avail of this loan facility.
Over the last 3 months, religious fanatics living in his neighborhood, have been harassing and persecuting him because of his faith in Jesus Christ. They have filed a complaint against Pastor, scheming and persuading the local Department, not to sanction the loan to him under the Govt. scheme. They have instigated the Officials of his dubious intentions, alleging that Pastor might build a Church on the top his house.
Pastor Suguna Rao has been pastoring Seeyonu Prayer Fellowship Church for the past 14 years, from the very same location. In fact, he has demolished his old house and the new structure has been built, but the religious fanatics are obstructing the work to progress and putting pressure on the administration, not to sanction the loan. Hence, Pastor is unable to complete the construction.
Jesus said, “I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against” Mathew 16: 18
Pray that Pastor Suguna Rao’s Church building work gets completed and that he would continueto minister, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to fulfill his calling. Pray that God’s will be done.
