DEMONSTRATE THE CALVARY LOVE

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Ponder.
Christ came from the beautiful and holy heavens to this sinful earth to redeem us. He humbled himself till his death on the cross, where he was persecuted physically and mentally. He was even accused of being the ruler of demons. Still, he loved them. Even today, every time we fail to obey His commandments, we hurt Him. Yet, when we go back to Him and ask for forgiveness, He forgives us. Are we able to demonstrate this same calvary love towards our persecutors? Let us also forgive our persecutors and pray for their salvation.

Commit.
Are we filled with Christ’s love? Can we love those who hurt us just as how Christ loved and forgave us?

Pray.
Let us ask God to fill us with His unconditional love. Let us submit to His will.
