Update: 3.40 pm | 14 Mar’18

Both Evangelists, Anish Pappu and Anmol Bhushan have been released by the Police.

Founder, Persecution Relief, had appealed to the authorities for an impartial probe and to expedite their release.

Church, thank you for your invaluable prayers. Please continue to uphold them in your prayers that they will not be discouraged by the events but press on courageously.

Evangelists Anish Pappu and Anmol Bhushan belonging to Brethren Assembly, were distributing Bible Tracts at Bus Stand at Charkhi Dadri District, Haryana. The tracks were titled “Ananth Jeevan” (Blessed Life). They were not preaching or singing but just handing it out to those who wanted to received it.

One of the fundamentalists who had received a tract, gathered a mob and brutally beat them, confiscated the tracts and took them to the Charkhi Dadri Police Station.

Bro. Edwin of Brethren Assembly, Haryana, had called the Founder to seek his intervention, to secure the release of these Brothers.

Church, please pray that they will be fairly treated and God’s favour would be with them.
