Blatant religious intolerance, Chhattisgarh

A mob of religious fundamentalists, alleging conversion and other anti-religious activities, illegally trespassed the campus of Church of North India (CNI), Raipur. They raised anti-Christian slogans and raised Hindutva pro-slogans. This incursion has created a lot of fear among the residents at the campus. If the fanatics can enter the St. Paul’s campus, then nobody is safe.
The CNI has not given cause for provocation or aggravation to prompt an illegal entry to vandalize the place. The Leaders claim that this is just a planned conspiracy to grab the Church Land and evict Christians from the property.
Chhattisgarh Christian Forumraised a petition with the Collector at a Press Conference that was called on the 14th November, 2017, asking the Church of India to stand united, to also preach about religiously motivated incitement against Christians, seen as a tactic used to meet political ends.
Church, please pray for God’s supernatural protection and grace over all the Churches in India.
