This has created a deep turmoil among the Christian and minority people. These activities are carried out to polarize the community by fanatics with the vested interests.
In this regard, the national secretary of the All India CHRISTIAN FEDERATION CIS JEBA SINGH informed the Theni District Collector, condemned the dastardly action and urged the law enforcement agency and other government officials to arrest the culprits involved in the cases without further delay.
More than 2,000 Christians from this area gathered and protested the attack. High profile officials and police were seen negotiating with the people who rushed to the scene. The people were dispersed after an agreement was reached.
